Lee Zalben is the original Mr. Peanut Butter. In 1998 Lee opened the Peanut Butter & Co. sandwich shop in New York City, later expanding into retail in 2003. To date his smooth and chunky spreads are sold at supermarkets and natural food stores throughout the nation.

Lane started the business out of his house in 2017, and today makes the most obsessible sourdough snacks around (available in 500+ doors!). The team started with Sourdough Toasts and are now putting focus on their drool-worthy frozen Sourdough Grilled Cheese.
