I am a recent PhD recipient in food science, and I like to make a lot of bean puns. Banzo Butter came to life when I was in graduate school. My passion lies in creating a better food industry for people with dietary restrictions from the inside out.

Banzo Butter is a sweet garbanzo bean spread that mirrors the taste and texture of nut butters but is free from the top 14 food allergens, gluten-free, and vegan. Banzo Butter brings an exciting twist to a classic and trending product and does so by utilizing plant-based ingredients offered in a variety of flavors.
First and foremost, taste and texture. We also have a great nutrition panel and use minimal ingredients to create a great taste. Our product line screams for food inclusion and helps us live our mission.
