I am a recent PhD recipient in food science, and I like to make a lot of bean puns. Banzo Butter came to life when I was in graduate school. My passion lies in creating a better food industry for people with dietary restrictions from the inside out.

Banzo Butter brings an exciting twist to a classic and trending product and does so by utilizing plant-based ingredients offered in a variety of flavors.
