Phebe Rossi is Founder & CEO of Nuflours, a gluten free baked goods company that has successfully introduced delicious, nutritious baked goods that everyone can enjoy. Food is about Joy; food brings us together, for story swapping and sharing, which is why I founded Nuflours. Living with a restricted diet is lonely and alienating, and I created Nuflours from a personal need to eat a gluten free diet. From humble beginnings testing and mixing in my home kitchen, I’ve had my hand in every single one of our products, so I know the quality that goes into our treats. I initially launched Nuflours as a bakery in Seattle for product market testing and have since launched into the Consumer Packaged Goods space. As a female CEO, I am dedicated to supporting and growing women and minorities in professional and leadership capacities, with 90% of Nuflours workforce being women, LGBTQ, or POC.
